Identifying Triggers
Do you know what your triggers are? It’s okay, I didn’t either. It’s funny though… I thought I was just being a pain while others were using my vulnerableness for their own wellbeing. A healthy mind begins with identifying those triggers and setting boundaries (we’re going to get into setting those boundaries soon). This allows room for the conversation to stand at its own leisure. Anywho, back to the point Rasha (I like to talk). Have you had a person make it seem as if you were completely oblivious to what you did or said? Me too. Let’s pause here...
Self Care
Hi! I know you’re wondering what is this….I promise this will help you or someone who isn’t aware of self care. This corner is just to give us time to be us and not someone we are not.
